Pumpkin Cake Mix Cupcakes

Pour batter into muffin cups evenly about 3 4 full.

Pour the pumpkin cupcake batter into liners in muffin tins and bake for 17 20 minutes. Add the pumpkin pie spice and substitute the can of pumpkin puree for the water called for in the package directions. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups filling 3 4 full. To make these pumpkin spice cupcakes combine the cake mix plus ingredients on back minus the water pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. Divide the batter among the prepared muffin tins lined with paper liners and bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out.

Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Place cupcake liners in 24 muffin cups or grease muffin cups. Blend cake mix pumpkin eggs oil and water in large mixer bowl until moistened. Blend cake mix pumpkin puree eggs water and oil in a large bowl at low speed until moistened.
